Telepathy Opt Outs
Charles is an extremely powerful telepath, capable of doing a lot more than just read minds. But while he does keep himself in check the majority of the time, he does also tend to take liberties sometimes of the people around him. This includes taking baseline readings of people to gauge moods and emotions, as well as using those around him as easy sources of information.
OOCly, none of this will be done without the permission of whoever I'm playing against first. ICly, Charles won't go any further than the above without explicitly asking permission from the other character.
